With the great increase in the number of applications for Surgery and Hospitilization, the money derived from Assessments and Income from the Permanent Endowment Fund is not sufficient. Therefore, there is a great need for additional funds.

The Knights Templar Eye Foundation, Inc., is a non-profit organization, approved as a tax- exempt Corporation by the Commissioner of Internal Revenue, U.S. Treasury Department. It is in all respects exempt from Federal Income Taxation, and contributions can be deducted according to the current I.R.S. code when computing the taxable income of the donor.
